Return Checklist

• Products ordered online or by phone maybe returned for a refund or exchange if they returned unused and in their original conditions
• If you believe your product faulty please contact us.
• If you are unable to pick up or change your mind , you will be refunded 75% of the official amount paid.

Non-Returnable Products

• The following products can’t be returned :
• Products that are personalised, bespoke ,altered or otherwise made to your specification .
• Perishable goods.
• Beauty product and fragrance.
• Certain accessories.
• Under wear, night wear and swimming wear, unless the protective adhesive strip is still placed in saleable condition.
• Any other item designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase .
