- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
We will care about your order and you can see the status of your order through your account when your order’s status has been completed you can wait a call from us Within 24 hours And collect your order .
- HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PLACED AN ORDER ?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order , and we will call you within 24 hours.
- HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ?
You can contact us and send a message or kindly make a call to our costumer Number
Note: if your order is completed you can refund just 75%. please see our Return & Policy
- WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER AT DUNES ?
Visit the dunes center information desk and show them your ID and order Number, then they will direct you to click & collect costumer point .
- I HAVE LOST MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL !!!
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here, OR you can log into your account at dunescenter.com will be able to find order number in your order history.
- CAN SOME ONE COLLECT MY PACKAGE ON MY BEHALF ?
Yes, please ensure your representative has the order number and ID.
